The Gary W. Hall Employee Service Award was established to recognize significant service to the College by any faculty or staff member who has given their time, expertise, and/or leadership generously, thereby ensuring the prolonged welfare of the institution for generations to come. Recipients must meet all of the following:

• Must be a current or retired faculty or staff member of Barton College.
• May or may not be an alumnus/a of the College.
• Must exemplify service to the community through service to Barton College.
• Distinguished him/herself as a leader or mentor to students.
• Embodies the mission and vision of Barton College.
