Shelby Shepherd, a 2024 graduate with a Master of Science in Kinesiology, Strength and Conditioning, recently presented her research at the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) National Conference in Baltimore, MD. Her project titled “Are Movement Screenings One-size-fits-all? An Evaluation of Generic and Specific Movement Screenings for Baseball and Softball Athletes” focused on movement screenings for collegiate baseball and softball athletes, showcasing her commitment to advancing sports performance.
